Submission of this application is required to join the active participant roster. The more information you provide, the more accurately your character’s behavior, voice, and presence can be portrayed in the ring.
PUBLIC INFORMATION NOTICE
All data submitted in this application is considered in-universe public knowledge. Once processed, your character profile will be visible to all other players for reference and use in future roleplays, commentary, and booking.
There are no “secret bios” or classified histories. If aspects of your character are not publicly accessible, do not include them here.
BIOGRAPHY WORD COUNT
The biography section requires a minimum of 300 words. Failure to meet this threshold will result in application rejection or narrative erasure. Please present publicly-accessible information to the roster. Our characters live in a three dimensional world. In the rare instance where a character has a storyline reason for having little to no biography, please contact staff on X or Discord for approval.
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
CHARACTER VISUAL REFERENCE:
You may include one image of your character.
This must be a single, clear image that best represents your character’s appearance, attire, and tone.
Images may be original artwork, photorealistic AI renders, or model/actor references.
Animated avatars, meme edits, or low-resolution images will be rejected.
Each real-world face (actor, model, public figure) may be used for only one character.
Upload your image at the top of your application copy.
ENTRANCE THEME POLICY:
Each character may select one official entrance theme.
This must be a commercially available or artist-identified track.
Custom edits or AI-generated themes are permitted if publicly accessible on YouTube.
Mashups, playlists, or rotating songs are not accepted.
Each entrance theme may be used by only one character.
If your selection is in use, you must choose an alternate track.
Submit a direct link to the theme (YouTube, Spotify, etc.) when completing this field.
UNIQUENESS POLICY:
Before selecting a visual reference (picture base) or theme, verify its availability in this spreadsheet. Note: Any picture base or theme used by a “Non-Player Character” is considered open for claiming.
APPLICATION
To apply to receive a contract for your character:
- Open this document in Google Docs.
- Select File → Make a Copy to duplicate it to your own drive. Delete these instructions. You only need to include everything below “PLACE CHARACTER IMAGE HERE”.
- Fill in your responses, maintaining all formatting.
- Create a view-only share link to your completed application.
- Send the link via direct message to staff on X or Discord.
You are free to make updates to your application at any time, but please let staff know. Failure to offer a heads up will potentially lead to shows not reflecting changes.
